The Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from February 26 to 28, 2023。

The plenary session was attended by 203 members and 170 alternate members of the Central Committee。Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and leading comrades of relevant departments attended the meeting as non-voting delegates。

The plenum was presided over by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee。Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, delivered an important speech。
